Use of Services
By engaging Elaunch Strategies, you agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with the scope defined in your project agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, content, or credentials you provide to us during the engagement.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced under a signed engagement become your property upon full payment, including source code, designs, and documentation specific to your project.
Elaunch Strategies retains the right to reuse generic frameworks, libraries, tooling, and methodologies developed independently of your project. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Engagement Terms
Engagements are defined by a written statement of work outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Changes to scope are handled through written change requests. Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice; you remain responsible for fees accrued through the termination date.
Confidentiality
We treat all non-public business, technical, and product information shared during an engagement as confidential. Information is used solely to deliver the agreed services and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Our work may involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, and open-source software. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, deprecations, or policy changes from these providers. We will recommend appropriate tools but final adoption decisions remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elaunch Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elaunch Strategies is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and otherwise by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
